Ambient (non-perishable) products
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel and return any ambient product, for any reason, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. You pay the return postage. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.
To start a return, email info@zambahola.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Cold-chain (perishable) products
Cold-chain products — cheeses, pastrami, lanchon, sausages, liver, frozen pastries — are exempt from the right to cancel under regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations, because they are goods that deteriorate rapidly.
We will not accept returns of cold-chain products unless they arrive damaged, spoiled, or not as described.
Damaged, spoiled, or incorrect goods
If any part of your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect — whether ambient or cold-chain — email info@zambahola.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photo evidence of the issue.
We will replace the item or refund it in full, at your choice, within 7 working days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (the card you paid with) via Stripe. Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Cancelling before dispatch
If you change your mind after ordering but before we dispatch, email us immediately with your order number. If we have not yet dispatched, we will cancel and refund in full.
